Dr. Samuel Peters is a devoted servant with a deep passion for God's people. Ordained as an Elder of the Church of God in Christ (COGIC) in Chicago, IL, by the late Dr. L. H. Ford, the Presiding Bishop, Dr. Peters is 3rd generation COGIC and has dedicated his life to teaching and preaching the Word of God. His ministry experience includes nearly 30 years of pastoring as the lead pastor of churches in Newbern, TN, and Hayti, MO. Currently, he is the esteemed pastor of Wonderful Works Deliverance Center in Topeka, KS, and Bethlehem COGIC in Council Grove, KS, while also preparing for the relaunch of Mount Sinai Deliverance Center in Ottawa, KS.
Dr. Peters, along with First Lady Sandra Johnson-Peters, is actively involved in the Topeka community, overseeing 32 impactful community programs. These initiatives include Adams Housing and Mary and Martha Housing, which provide support for both men and women in need, a free clothing bank, and a weekday after-school program that offers meals, free tutoring, and homework assistance to local youth. These efforts have made a profound difference throughout the region.

Having been saved since the age of 13, her deep commitment to God became more pronounced around the age of 16. First Lady Peters' paramount objective is to please God in all her endeavors, with Jesus being the focal point of her joy.
